We are seeking Cleaning/housekeeping contractors to join your team
Surfside Property Group Pty. Ltd. Offers premium Airbnb and guest services to private homes and short-term rentals. We take ordinary homes and give them a 5-star hotel-style treatment.
We are an Airbnb Operator partnering with Hometime. Hometime is the largest Airbnb manager in ANZ and offers an all-in-one solution to help Airbnb Operators grow.
At Surfside Property Group, we don’t just clean houses and check people in. We finesse and elevate homes and provide guests with a lasting experience.
The role:
We are looking for reliable, trustworthy Airbnb cleaners, housekeepers/cleaning professionals with a minimum of 2 months experience - hotel housekeeping desirable not essential - on the Gold Coast
Successful candidates must have a great work ethic, be friendly and professional and have excellent communication skills.
Airbnb cleaning and linen installs, the new contractor will join our team and paid per property size eg 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom 3 bedroom etc.
Perks include flexible working hours that can be adjusted to fit around your schedule. We will aim to fill your schedule as much as possible and provide you with a regular stream of work.
For those housekeepers/cleaning professionals that excel, you will be given the opportunity to advance as a lead housekeeper with bonuses and increased pay/hour.
Professional cleaning in-between guest stays ensure properties are kept in pristine condition and that guests feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. During every clean housekeepers will add a touch of home by making the beds with freshly laundered linens, laying out fluffy towels, and restocking bespoke toiletries. We want property owners to have complete peace of mind that their property is being properly taken care of, which where you come in, a 5 star housekeeper.
We operations span across the Gold Coast and operate 7 days a week, however, You will have the flexibility in the days you work.
What your day would look like:
Accept future jobs via our team app
On the day of job
Collect linen
On arrival, clock into the job
Clean to a 5 star quality using a check list as reference
Change linen, make beds, display welcome packs and amenities
Report lost linen and damages
Return used linen
Submit an invoice for payment
Preferred requirements:
Minimum of 2 months cleaning experience (hotel housekeeping preferred not essential)
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Be able to use your own cleaning supplies
English proficiency
Own a smartphone
Have appropriate Insurance, own ABN, and present a police check certificate
Have valid working rights, i.e. be eligible to work in Australia
Have a great attitude (client engagement and customer experience) as well as a tidy and friendly presentation
