One of our favorite springtime events...

Open to tourists September 26th till late October!

There’s been lots of questions from people confused about whether we’ll be open this year. The answer is yes, we will absolutely be open (and following COVID guidelines) from 9am to 5pm every day, September 26th till late October (whenever the tulips finish).

We can’t wait to see you.

Please follow the Waratah Wynyard council page for information about how they have transformed the usual tulip festival into a series of smaller events under the Spring Loaded banner for 2020, in order to comply with restrictions. Any questions about this should be directed to them 😊

From 7 September, you can register for a Make Yourself at Home voucher that will enable you to claim back money spent on accommodation or tourism experiences during September, October or November 2020. Exciting things are happening over our way...

One of the great things about the farms location is that it's surrounded by the breathtaking Dial Range reserve. This week we checked out the new Dial Range mountain bike track that is nearly finished and is going to open this spring. It has amazing views over the northwest hinterland, including our farm. It's not hard to spot the new barn.
Chatting to the track builders it's a world class track that's going to help put Penguin and the Dial Range on the map. A cider in the barn and a yummy lunch following a ride should be a popular combination in the future. Congratulations to the local mountain biking guys who have been working hard to make it happen. This track is stage 2 to the summit of Mount Dial, the proposed stage 3 will take riders to Mount Gnomon. Pretty exciting times ahead.

The end of an era for this gorgeous property... The Dragonfly North West will not be reopening.

We would love to take this opportunity to say we have absolutely loved our time owning this property and it was truly our pleasure to share it with you all.
