Last week, Programmed was on the ground at AgQuip in Gunnedah, New South Wales, for three days connecting with industry, businesses and the local community.

Our Training and Energy & Resources teams joined forces at the Programmed booth, sharing more about the workforce, training and employment solutions we deliver across regional Australia.

A great few days of conversations, connections and catching up with familiar faces. Thanks to everyone who stopped by to meet the team.

Celebrating the people who make a difference every day!

At Programmed, we know our success is driven by the dedication, expertise and commitment of our people - the teams who show up every day to support our customers and deliver great outcomes.

We’re proud to recognise Clio, one of our Programmed team members based in Welshpool, who was recently named our Employee of the quarter. The award was presented by her manager, Farouk, in recognition of her outstanding contribution and commitment.

Clio’s exceptional customer service, willingness to learn, and positive approach have made a lasting impact on those around her. Her dedication to doing things the right way and supporting her team reflects the values that make our people such an important part of the Programmed difference.

Congratulations, Clio - and thank you for the energy, care and commitment you bring every day.

The energy is high, the conversations are flowing, and our teams from across Australia and New Zealand are coming together for Sales Day.

Today is all about getting out into the market, connecting with customers, creating new opportunities and building momentum for the year ahead. It's a chance to share ideas, learn from one another and focus on how we continue delivering great outcomes for our customers.

Here's a snapshot of the action so far.

For 75 years, Programmed has been built by people and strengthened by the diversity they bring.

Today, we continue to foster a culture where everyone feels included, supported and empowered to contribute and grow – because creating an environment where people belong isn’t just important, it’s essential to building a business that lasts.

Stories like Aleeyah’s typify this. Her journey into mining – a traditionally male-dominated space – highlights the resilience, growth and fresh perspectives women are bringing to the industry, and the impact that inclusive, supportive workplaces can have on both career and personal development.

“I have not only gained qualifications and knowledge in my trade but also grown in character and independence,” she says.

“Working in this industry has taught me adaptability and how to overcome challenges, regardless of the time or place. This chapter in my life has been not only significant to my career but also essential for my personal development.”

As for advice to women who may be hesitant about entering a male-dominated industry? Face any fears head-on!

“Don’t let fear of the unknown hold you back, work hard for the things you want because that’s the only way you’ll truly have them.”

75 years on, and we’re still evolving.
