Programmed Energy and Resources Programmed Energy and Resources is a leading provider of staffing, production and maintenance services across Australia.

Programmed Industrial Maintenance provide a variety of services to heavy industrial sites – from ports to manufacturing facilities, mines, refineries, smelters, washeries and power plants. Leveraging off more than 20 years’ experience, our maintenance services include: industrial planned preventative and breakdown maintenance; shutdowns and project works. These are delivered by qualified and experienced, directly employed tradespeople and engineers, with the support of 10 engineering workshops across Australia, each with major machining and fabrication capabilities. Our maintenance solutions range from the provision of supplementary maintenance crews, through to fully outsourced maintenance models. Our solutions are designed to meet client-specific needs, including increased asset utilisation, improved productivity, greater value and cost optimisation. Our crews work with a focus on quality and safety – zero harm to people, plant and the environment.

A great reminder that our care and support doesn’t stop once someone starts a role.

At Programmed, we support our people throughout their employment journey — from getting started to building experience, skills and careers.

Recently, one of our employees transitioned from Programmed into a permanent role with one of our large mining customers - a fantastic outcome we’re proud to have played a part in.

Celebrating success and the people behind it.
Our Programmed Energy & Resources West team recently took some time out to celebrate the successful delivery of a project, with a team lunch followed by an escape room challenge.

It was a great opportunity to recognise the team’s hard work, connect outside of the day-to-day and strengthen the collaboration that helps us deliver great outcomes for our customers.

A well-deserved afternoon of teamwork, a few laughs, and some healthy competition. Great work, team! 👏

More than a partnership. A connection to community. 💙

More than 9,000 people came together at the Bengalla Community Open Day in Muswellbrook on Saturday 12 September, for a fantastic day of connection, activities and community spirit.

Our Programmed team was proud to be part of the day, with the stall proving a popular stop for local families, games, prizes and plenty of fun.

The event was also a great opportunity to celebrate our strong partnership with Bengalla which today sees more than 150 Programmed people working across the operation.

From traineeships and operator training through to skilled trades, we’re proud to support local people to build skills, gain experience and develop careers in the Upper Hunter.

A big thank you to everyone who helped make the day such a success. It was fantastic to be part of such a great community event. 🙌
