Caravan Park Management Couple
Four Seasons Holiday Park are looking for an experienced Park Management Couple to join the team.
This is a live-in position with accommodation & utilities included, making it ideal for couples ready to jump into this lifestyle!
Seeking an immediate start, the role is full-time with weekends required on a roster system including the on-call phone 2 nights per week.
We are looking for experienced, proactive managers who have a can-do-attitude as well as a hands-on approach. The ideal candidates will lead a varied team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving occupancy and revenue. Outstanding time management and communication is a must. Problem solving with the ability to manage issues promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
*Engage and manage all aspects of staff
*Manage all areas of park operations, maintaining high standards across guest services, cleanliness and presentation.
*Compliant with health, safety & environmental standards
*Managing Financials - implement strategies to optimise bookings & manage financial performance, including budget oversight and cost control.
*Administration - managing rosters, reception/front-of-house, NewBook experience preferred but not essential. Debtors/Creditors collections. Compliance with park legislations. Maintain accurate records.
*Maintenance Co-ordination - ensure park is well-maintained, supporting both grounds works & facility upkeep. Alongside any improvements and ongoing projects.
Current drivers licence required
Current National Police Check required
Current Working with Children's Check required
Current First Aid required
Minimum 3-5 years' experience with references from previous Caravan Park management positions
