eters away providing a mesmerising experience. You don't need to leave Moondarah to go the beach, you are at the beach day and night. Moondarah has many moods that change with the weather. From glorious sunrises and sunsets, glistening calm seas to striking storms and world class surf right outside your door. Kookaburras and Magpies live on the property, and you are likely to see dolphins and whales (at key times of the year) while you eat breakfast or enjoy drinks over sunset. Moondarah has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The house itself is a simple and rustic beach cottage for an authentic Australian beach house experience. But with all that you need to enjoy your stay such as a rack for your surfboards, an outdoor shower, a 65” TV with Austar and Netflix (for rainy days) and of course wifi and a coffee machine. You will find it hard to leave the private lawn and verandah overlooking the beach, but when you do the town of Byron Bay is only a 15 minute walk along the beach (although be mindful of the tide). Moondarah has it's own stairs down the embankment to the sand. It's a great place for families (however not suitable for small children due to the proximity to the beach and cliff). Everyone that visits Moondarah is amazed by it's garden and outlook. it would be hard to find a more glorious beachfront position anywhere in the world.
