Duty Manager
We are seeking an experienced and professional Duty Manager to help lead our team and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the venue.
Requirements:
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
Current RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling)
Current RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues)
Previous hospitality leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Ability to work a flexible roster, including nights and weekends
A positive attitude and commitment to customer service
Gaming Attendant
We are looking for customer-focused Gaming Attendants who enjoy working in a busy hospitality environment and delivering outstanding service to our guests.
Requirements:
Current RSA
Current RSG
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced gaming environment
Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
Reliable, professional, and well-presented
Previous gaming or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential
Accommodation Room Cleaner
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Room Cleaners to assist in maintaining our accommodation rooms to a high standard.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and efficient work ethic
Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
