A secluded hill top campground "100 Campfires" for groups up to 20. Both options offer the perfect country escape.

"What a different holiday for us and our two dachshunds, staggering beautiful, natural, refreshing & stunning surroundings for our 26th anniversary. Yalbaroo is a such special place and so vast. We were greeted with guinea fowls which our dachshunds found fun but the guinea fowls were louder & faster. Many different cattle meander though, right beside you! Are so wow. They are so loud but not slow! The creek running through so close by as our dachshunds could have a paddle through. Then there's the accommodation! It would seem a hundred peoples thoughts that have gone into the "every thought" "every need" or just pure loveliness with all the special things thoughout, it just makes you smile. Teena & Ali have made their piece of country into a gemstone and we thank them for letting us share in it. If there were 100 stars 🌟 they have them. Beautiful, absolutely the best memories ❤️"

Do you live in Logan or on the Gold Coast? If so, you're in luck if you want to make the most of a public holiday long weekend! We only have the Logan and Gold Coast Show public holidays left for 2026 - all other public holidays for the year have been taken.

Of course, you can make your own long weekend or come visit us during the week 🏡 Anytime is perfect for a country escape. 🐄

Can't complain about an 11/10 review!

"I had a great long weekend at Teena’s place, everything was as described, absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Very private and lovely people, thought of everything (USB-C charger) and everyone even your pet, a good dog section with treats, water bowls and toys. My German shepherd enjoyed it too. The outdoor screen area was a super plus, among all of my trips, that was the first time I didn’t get beaten by mosquitoes 😅 If you are thinking of a peaceful, beautiful nature to unwind close to Brisbane definitely consider this place. As Alfred draws closer and we start to feel the reality of a cyclone looming, we send our love and thoughts to everyone in its path or your friends and family who may be affected. Naturally, Yalbaroo is currently closed and we have been in prep mode for the past week. The beloved cattle are on higher ground, Cowboy is safe in his shelter, the ducks aren’t impressed they are being kept away from the creek but they are safe. Max the turkey is spending the night in the garage. So like Tilly the hen, stay close to those you love, be safe and see you all in the sunshine again soon.

At Yalbaroo our pet Cayugas free range all day once let out of their yard in the early morning. They waddle to our creek for a swim, come visit us in the house yards to have a snack and a feed on their favourite treats like watermelon, spinach and lettuce, nibble on grubs and bugs in the grass and garden, chill out for awhile under the shade of our trees and the kids trampoline, bob their heads up and down in chatter and excitement when you sit and have chat with them, then in the afternoon, in typical duck formation, waddle in a row back to their yard to be tucked away with the chickens and turkeys for the night in readiness for another busy day. Such gorgeous creatures, amazing colour, yummy and plentiful eggs, beautiful ducklings, a pleasure to have around. They truly are a delight to have.
