The Studio has a queen size bed fitted with linen from bed bath and table. The kitchenette contains all basics, including a small fridge with separate freezer compartment and induction cooktop. To relax you have your own lounge, coffee table, desk, tv and Wi-Fi. Amenities include an Iron, Ironing board, cleaning chemicals, quality shampoo, conditioner & body wash, a hair dryer, sufficient extra towels, including pool towels, tea, coffee, sugar and milk. It has its own bathroom with rain shower. The studio has its own entrance accessible from the driveway, the sliding doors have both sheer privacy curtains as well as block out curtains to ensure a great nights sleep. The other side of the house has 3 bedrooms, (king size bed, queen size bed, and a double size bed – All beds have been fitted with quality linen and mattress toppers to ensure a comfortable nights sleep). The king and double bed bedrooms open out onto the back deck with sliding doors - both have sheers privacy as well as block out curtains. Open plan living and dining, bathroom with large bath with over shower with quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and straightener. A newly renovated fully equipped family kitchen containing everything you need to cook up a storm - quality cookware, bakeware, utensils, serving platters, knife sets, wine glasses etc with stone counter tops, gas cooktop, stainless oven & fridge, with a large dishwasher to clean up afterwards. The kitchen is not only practical but beautiful with LED feature strip lights. An internal laundry with washer & dryer. We include various laundry liquids, disinfectants, and cleaning chemicals. There is a Dyson cordless vacuum, iron and ironing board, mops etc. In the cupboard you can find extra towels, first aid kit, board games and books. A clothesline can be found outside also. The entire property is airconditioned and has ceiling fans, wardrobes, block out blinds in bedrooms, high speed Wi-Fi is provided, 3 TV’s as well as kitchen staples provided. The property is fully fenced and there is a large back deck (5.1x7.6m) to relax or have dinner on and a smaller front patio area, both with comfortable furniture. All areas of the property will be accessible by guests, except for the back garden shed which will be locked with a padlock. Self check-in - anytime after 2pm. Check Out at 11am
Pets are allowed - Only one small dog under 15kgs is allowed on the property at one time. Please contact us if you are wishing a larger pet or more than one smaller pet.
