clientele. Our staff team is small and every
member will from time to time work outside
their described role. Applicants must have:
Previous experience within a similar role.
Confidence preparing set recipes and cooking
basic breakfasts.
Have a passion for food.
Ability to confidently communicate with and
engage our high end guests in a relaxed and
friendly manner.
A team player with a positive can do attitude
and ability to work outside typical hours.
The job is live in, with accomodation, food,
transport on and off the island for holidays and
basic medical fully included along with base
wage and large bonus if a full season is
completed.

Hospitality and general service
Drink service

Working in a remote environment

Applicants must be willing to partake in jobs outside their normal role should they be required. As Haggerstone Island is a very remote location we strongly advise applicants to think carefully before deciding that this type of job would suit them. The job includes a wage, food and accommodation and very basic medical should it be required. We will not consider any applicants who are not willing to commit to at least 1.5 months overall employment.
