I saw an abundance of green leafy vegetables in my garden. These are organic, no pesticide greens. Variety includes Fijian bele, Ceylon spinach, Brazilian or curly leaf spinach, Asian Malabar spiinach.
I gently sautee'd the greens in dessicated coconut. And created flatbreads, kneaded with greek yoghurt for softness.
