Hi all. We have decided to NOT put a permanent tennant in this year, and let it to friends and family instead. 3 bed, 2 bath, right on the esplanade with the newly formed opening directly out front. We have 31 weeks available, and we are only charging $495 for entire week (7 night). School holidays will be dearer, and we will do a crazy price for those who want to do 14 nights. Send us a message to wake up to that view every morning!!! Cheapest holiday around, and 8 restaurants, a brilliant park, supermarket, chemist and medical centre all within 100 metre walk.

If your staying on the sunny coast here’s a great idea for an outing. Ricks Garage issue be of the best dining spots on the coast and it has a little hidden gem upstairs - a whiskey bar!

Copper Spoon (Thai) is just a short stroll along the Esplanade, under the Ramada. They have an extensive menu including these huge Mooloolaba prawns in a Choo Chee curry. It is licensed but is also BYO (corkage fee) and has a great cocktail list.
