What a night last night at the Queensland State Building Design Awards. Joint Winners of the House of the Year for the up to 2.5mil category and so happy to be Awarded the House of the Year 2020 for our Contemporary Resort Home.

The display home for these Signature Terrace homes on the new island at Pelican Waters is mid way through construction. Cant wait to see it open. The homes have been designed with downsizing in mind, but still with ample space. Each home has a master bedroom downstairs along with another master upstairs to give options. Courtyard design gives privacy and natural light and ventilation into the middle of the homes. We have designed many plan options to suit different budgets and site orientations, along with 5 different fascades. Each terrace home is on its own Lot not in a complex.
