As we continue our virtual tour of Camperdown Mill, today we will take a look through Ower's Mill House named after Scotsman: William J Ower, who established the flour mill as a business in 1868.
As a three-storey weatherboard building, with slim windows, high gabled roof, and external balconies, this is our largest guest house on-site, with an ambient quaintness all of its own.
As you enter, there is a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area, as well as full laundry facilities all on the ground floor.
Then up a spiral staircase to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double and single bed, and a shared spa bathroom.
Then continuing up the spiral staircase to the second floor, which has a queen bedroom with its own spa ensuite.
A feature of this guest house is the antique furniture, which compliments the original features dating back 140+ years.
