Spent an inspirational morning learning about regenerative farming with Luke and Stuart from and on their 100 acre property near Taralga just north of us at Tea Tree Hollow.
They have a very strong ethical emphasis on free range, no chemical, no pharmaceutical pigs, maremma duck, chickens, quail and beef. They use small acre blocks rotated frequently with the ducks and pigs to fertilise and heal the land in the spirit of regenerative guru Joel Salatin.
You can order from their butcher shop in Goulburn , they deliver to Sydney too. You'll never buy supermarket meat again!
