What the Good Weekend said in November 2015 (full review posted below)

"THE LOCATION In the NSW Southern Highlands, Canyonleigh mixes rolling pasture and wilderness with a lonely general store the only sign of civilisation.
THE PLACE Surrounded by views of the valley and bushland, Bluebird Escape is three modern pavilions of architectural excellence. The main building houses an open-plan living space and gourmet kitchen. There are two bedrooms with king beds and a designer bathroom in the sleeping pavilion closest to the main building, and a queen bedroom with its own bathroom in the third pavilion.
THE EXPERIENCE A weekend here is like staying in your own episode of Grand Designs. You can almost hear the jaunty music playing as you take in the stunning features: the 20-metre-long stone wall, the solid steel door frames and their giant panes of glass, the opulent twin-showered bathroom overlooking the bush. Once you're done admiring the architecture, the sun-drenched lawn is perfect for a spot of frisbee, or just lying around with a book.
DON'T MISS Take the chance to share the weekend with your family's four-legged members. Dogs are welcome, although they are not allowed on the furniture. TEGAN SADLIER
