This gorgeous 3br Cottage style getaway is the perfect destination from the hustle and bustle of City life. Beach and spectacular views are only 5min walk. Spacious landscaped native garden surrounds an outdoor deck area, with BBQ and outdoor setting for relaxed outdoor dining. The house has TV, DVD, and stereo and benefits from a split system air conditioning/heating unit, perfect to cool down af

ter a hot day at the beach or warm up on a chilly night. Or relax by the open fire place on a cold chilly night makes this Cottage ideal for a couple's week-end away. Cape Paterson has a Tavern and a general store. However, nearest town of Wonthaggi (only 8min drive) is complete with major supermarkets such as: Coles, Aldi and Woolworths and retailers such as Target, Big W, Bunnings, Dan Murphys just to name a few. SLEEPS: 1st bedroom consist of x1 QB, x2 SB, 2nd bedroom has x2 single bunks and 3rd room has x1 QB. Sofa bed in lounge room and a fold out single bed also available. ATTRACTIONS: Visit all the sites between Inverloch and Wonthaggi you have the Bunurong Marine and Coastal Park, 30 minute drive to Philip Island, 60 minute drive to Wilsons Prom, 15 Minute Drive to Inverloch. WHAT TO BRING: Bring your own linen and towels and leave the place as you find it for a very affordable break in a great location (Can supply linen/towels/cleaner at extra cost) We supply pillows, doonas, tea towels, hand towels and shower mats and nice coffee (bring milk). No washing machine at the moment, however coin laundry in Wonthaggi open 7 days/week. All cleaning equipment and eco friendly detergents supplied.
