The illusion of this house is its size! Split level not seen from street view. Close to both Surf and Bay beaches, this fabulous holiday home is suitable for two families or large group. This split level House consists of four bedrooms, one with 2 bunks the rest with queen beds. It has two bathrooms main on lower split level with large relaxation bath and double shower and toilet. The ground or to

p level comprises of bedrooms/bathroom/toilet, open plan lounge, kitchen, dining and separate functioning laundry, while the lower split level has main bedroom, bathroom and features a humongous down stairs open plan entertaining/gaming/lounge complete with Foxtel, pool table, table tennis, 8 seater dining table and a large mirror image couch set up both with chase; it also opens up through the roller door to the front/side yard making it perfect for entertaining!

After careful consideration, I have embraced my 7 year old son's advice that when it comes to the humble octopus, a group or conglomerate of these 8 legged creatures is in fact an OC*****SY! so I submitted a request to Oxford dictionary to have the plural changed, arguing that 'OCTOPIE' is a adjective that may happen after OCTPUSSY get together after a big night on the salts. And dont try and convince me its a group is an 'Octopode', that's holding civil language back!

PRICE UPDATE COMING SOON. 2025.

Our rates have more or less been the same for 13years now with only slight increases keeping our property well below market rate. Saddly, we must increase them as of 2025 to cover the increase of expenses for services etc.

Fear not though this is only minor and if you have paid a deposit ro secure your rental in 2025 we will honour the 2024 pricing of course.

As you're aware we dont hold bookings without deposit as it ties up dates that others may want and have had to miss rentals with no way to recover loss. Those with tentative booking reservations without deposit understand there is a risk of changes and loss of availability.

We appreciate your understand and hope you continue with your bookings.
