2027 BOOKINGS OPENING SOON 🤙
Dreaming of 2027 at 3 Mile Camp or Gnaraloo Homestead? Here’s everything you need to know before bookings go live.
🗓 Booking Release Date
Bookings open at 8.00am (AWST), Sunday 1 March 2026
For the entire 2027 season at 3 Mile Camp and Gnaraloo Homestead
⚠️ Any 2027 booking requests received before 8.00am on 1 March 2026 will not be processed.
📧 How to Book
All booking requests must be submitted:
• By email to [email protected], or
• Via the booking form on our website
Please Note
• No phone bookings
• Do not send booking requests directly to 3 Mile Camp or the Homestead • Only email and website form submissions will be considered
• Bookings are processed strictly in the order received
Public Holiday Notice
Booking emails will begin being processed from Tuesday 3 March 2026.�You will be notified once your request has been processed.
💳 Deposits
School Holiday Bookings
(3 Mile Camp & Homestead)
• 50% deposit required on the day of booking
All Other Dates
• 20% deposit required on the day of booking
Deposits can be paid via credit card or direct deposit.
⭐ Primo Sites – School Holidays Only
To ensure fairness for all guests:
If you held a primo site during the 2026 school holiday period, you will not be eligible to book a primo site for the 2027 school holidays.
You are welcome to book any other available site or cabin.
👨👩👧👦 Group Bookings
Group bookings are welcome.
To ensure smooth processing, please include all guest details for each family within one single email submission.
📝 What to Include in Your Booking Request
For each site requested, please provide:
1. Name on the booking
2. Contact number
3. Total number of guests (including children’s ages)
4. Size of camping set-up i.e. Caravan, camper trailer, tent
5. List top 3 preferred sites or cabin
We will always aim to accommodate your preferences or offer the closest available alternative.
🚐 Caravan Storage – 2026 Season
• 2026 storage fees are now due
• If ownership of your caravan has changed, please contact the Perth office with updated details
• When collecting your caravan in 2026, please check in at the Homestead first
