We made it through Cyclone Narelle 🌀

Our poor Shearing Shed took quite a beating with the roof and some walls getting ripped off, as well as a couple of cottages sustaining some damage. Branches broken and our office patio roof coming off. All things we can fix and everyone is safe!

Our thoughts go out to everyone else who sustained major damage especially our station stay way buddy

We are open and cleaning the campground to be ready for the Easter Holidays 🐣

We can’t wait to see everyone 😊

Come and relax at our unpowered waterfront sites which have panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and Front Beach. ✨
Watch Humpback whales cruise past on their annual migration ( approx. May - August) from the comfort of your own camp or walk 50m down to the beach to enjoy sunset drinks. 🐋
Unfortunately, duel axel and large caravans are not suitable for these sites.
If you've already stayed in our waterfront sites comment below which one is your favorite!

Flash back to Quobba in the 80's!

Back when there were plenty of marino sheep to be shawn and even more fish to be caught. Life moving to the rhythm of the ocean and the shearing clippers, this was outback coastal life at its rawest.

Who remembers these days?

🎣 The fish have been on fire these school holidays! As the break winds down, it’s safe to say these keen anglers made the most of every moment.

From epic Spanish mackerel landed by ballooning (land based fishing) to stripies and pink snapper pulled in from the boats — it’s been non-stop action, adrenaline, first catches, and unforgettable family time on the water. 🌊🐟
