St. Louis BBQ Pork Ribs
Half or full rack served with guindilla pepper, corn ribs, chips and slaw.

Crispy Buttermilk Chicken Burger
Crispy chicken breast, swiss cheese, truffle aioli, bacon honey and iceberg lettuce.

Four Cheese Pizza
Napolitana sauce, mozzarella, camembert, blue cheese, parmigiano reggiano, caramelised onion and olive oil.

Cactus Juice
Vodka, midori, coconut rum, pineapple juice and lemonade.

Lychee Martini
Vodka, lychee liqueur, lime juice and lychee syrup.
