Nearby is the Pinnacles, stromatolites, thrombolites, beaches, more little seaside towns, 4WD tracks, sand dunes, gorgeous sunsets just a short walk up the road and plenty of stargazing when the night sky rolls in. You can easily walk to the shops, beach and places to eat. But If you are after stainless steel appliances and Instagram worthy furnishings and design then the C Shack is not for you. T
he C Shack is 2 bedroom,2 bathroom, fully furnished and on 800+ sqm block. Its unfussy and simple, a bit of lino in the kitchen, carpet in the bedrooms and lounge, original cement floor in the laundry, exposed brick walls here and there and retro theme happening in the bathroom (complete with tiny, tiny tiles). The backyard is secured by a gate and has a large outdoor patio, extra shower and toilet and an open air shower too. The lounge has a fireplace (great for winter) comfy chairs, small dining table, a smart TV so you can screen share and keep up with bingeing your favourites, books to read and games to play. The kitchen has all the usual crockery, cutlery, saucepans, fry pan, toaster and kettle but does not have a cook top/stove/oven (the 'Metters' stove has met her maker). That's ok, we have a gas BBQ, gas 2 burner cooktop on the patio, microwave, benchtop convection oven, slow cooker, a tavern, the lobster shack and a fabulous chippy. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a double bed and if you need to do a spot of washing there is a front loader washing machine in the laundry. Out on the back patio is a table and chairs, plants that love to be watered, and a big bench next to the BBQ, that has many uses from for dinner prep, cooking and cocktail making. There is no aircon – it is very rare for the sea breeze not to blow and cool everything in the afternoon. Rates

More than 4 people and/or you have an animal/s? No problem let us know, there may be a slight extra charge. Fun fact - The C Shack is cheaper by almost 50% than any houses and other shacks in the town and cheaper than camping on a grassed site at the local caravan park! Rules
• BYO linen (bath towels, tea towel, bath mat), pillows and doona and toilet paper
• NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE – plenty of room outside to partake
• No School Leavers
• If you bring your animal/s - bag and bin the poo’s
• Empty any bins inside, remove all food/drink from the fridge and put the bins out on the curb when you leave
• And last but not least in the laundry cupboard is a vacuum cleaner, hanging on the laundry wall is a mop and broom and under the trough is assorted cleaning bits and bobs on hand. Please clean up at the end of your break. This helps us keep the costs low, low, low.
