Well almost 30 months and it's a wrap ♡ my last lot of folding for Heritage Lodge Motel ♡ it's been such an honour to be guardians of this beautiful motel in this beautiful town. I couldn't have picked a better motel to begin this new chapter of our lives. And I know she will work her charm on the incoming managers and guests both regular and future. Thank you Charters Towers for welcoming us and keeping the country town hospitality alive.
And thank you to all the patrons that made Heritage Lodge your home away from home. We have met amazing people while we've been here.
The biggest thank you to my staff, past and present. Your loyalty and dedication to keeping Heritage Lodge Motel on the preferred place to stay with your quality standards of housekeeping, going above and beyond has set the standard for our expectations as we move on. Mark and I wish you all the best.
Hopefully we haven't left it too late now that the rain has started and the low seems to be heading Townsville way, but we will be heading off the inland way through Emerald to Rockhampton tomorrow. Belyando crossing is our only concern but at the moment is open.
Then its new adventures as we go from country bumpkins to beach bosses. An exciting change with new ideas as we take management of a seaside inner city motel at Forster NSW. Google it, youtube and tiktok it, you won't be disappointed 😀 and make plans to visit us. We can't wait to show you around this stunning area.
