A week after a wonderful morning at Essence Apartments Chermside, we’re still reflecting on the generosity and community spirit we experienced that day.💜

Hearing Leigh share her heart transplant journey was a powerful reminder of the difference safe, comfortable accommodation close to hospital can make for patients and their families during some of life’s most challenging moments.🙌
