Childers Oasis Motel is looking for a motivated Casual Housekeeper to provide housekeeping duties and general cleaning. To be successful we are looking for people who have the following:
β€’ Must be a reliable, punctual, well organised person with a positive attitude & be able to work efficiently.
β€’ The ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision and able to work as part of a team as well as on their own.
β€’ Are physically fit, and be able to work in a fast pace enviroment and a safety mindset.
β€’ You will be someone who goes the extra mile to make sure the presentation of the Motel is to the highest standard with an eye for detail.
β€’ Be available to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays if needed.
β€’ Cleaning to be done from 8:30am until late morning to early afternoon.
β€’ Shifts can be flexible and work in well around school hours.
β€’ Must have or be willing to obtain a current police check.

𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗑 π—–π—›π—œπ—Ÿπ——π—˜π—₯𝗦: A fault in Childers substation has interrupted supply to 2700 customers in the town and surrounding area. Our teams are on site working on the problem, but it’s likely to be this evening before we’re able to get power back on to everyone.
We have additional personnel coming from Bundaberg, along with generation to support key community services. We’re also looking at ways to get power back to some customers sooner through switching; however for most, we won’t be able to have you resupplied until this evening. Thank you for your understanding while we work to resolve this for you.
