Come and visit
Just like to say to everyone that we are open for business and so is the whole of North East Victoria. The fires have never been close to us but the perception from the media gives everyone the impression that all of Victoria is on fire which is not the case. Towns like Chiltern, Beechworth and Rutherglen to name a few rely on tourism to survive. The smoke has gone and we welcome everyone with open arms. Please come and visit North East Victoria and inject some well deserved cash into the area. We look forward to seeing your smiling faces.
