A gorgeous poem written by one of our recent guests during their stay with us

We made it at last and driven to Clare,
For mountains of wine tasting and lots of fresh air.
We're in a neat cottage, alongside the track,
Now eating and drinking, let's give it a crack.
Four days on and we've had so much fun,
Riding the bike track of the Clare Valley trail.
We'll do it again soon, with Family in tow,
It's been a great break but it's now time to go.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at this beautiful place. Hopefully soon we'll be back.

It's April already and the start of the year feels like a blur.
With some planned maintenance and renovations, we've had an incredibly busy couple of months.
Demolition of all 5 kitchens and the remaining 2 old bathrooms and giving them a complete 'glow-up', with brand new cabinetry, storage, floor tiles, carpet, paint and stunning bathroom tiling and facilities.
We stumbled on a couple of hurdles along the way but pushed on with big smiles and determination.

The new look brings a spacious, stylish, modern feel to our Cottages without losing their classic country charm.
We are over the moon with how they have turned out and are even more excited for our guests to come and stay with us.

With the A-Team back on board, although the work was hard and hours were long, the banter, laughs and music continued throughout 😁

Huge thanks to our legendary local labourers and those lending a hand from interstate 'Tools down' guys, you did an awesome job 🥰👌

I know everyone thought Ed Sheeran had left the Clare Valley, but, he's actually been enjoying a relaxing escape and spa bath in our newly renovated Lily Cottage.
Sorry Ed, we couldn't keep it a secret any longer 🤣🤫
