What a beautiful area to live, such a tranquil place to visit in Winter

Have you visited Coles Bay this winter? 🩵

Known as the gateway to Freycinet (frey-sin-ay), Coles Bay is a great destination on its own. You can swim in the ocean, try fishing, or walk along nearby beaches like Richardsons, Muirs, or the Friendly Beaches. There are plenty of places to stay, with options to suit all budgets. You’ll also find a few shops, cafés, and restaurants in town.

Last week of the Beams in Bicheno, we still have availabilty in all types of accommodation, why not come and stay for awhile.

🎟️ You have until 6PM on Saturday 25th July to buy your raffle tickets to win a Hurtigruten cruise! The raffles and lucky gate prizes will be announced on Saturday night before the Beams at approximately 6:10PM.

SPECIAL EVENTS THIS WEEK:

Friday and Saturday night: There will be a BBQ at Bicheno Lions Park hosted by Bicheno Bowls Club on both nights. Buy a sausage a lolly bag or soft drink to support this great club.

Visit the RainyDay Ice Creamery truck to purchase an ice-cream or hot chocolate every single night of Beams.

All welcome: Walk up to Bicheno Community Church after the Beams on Saturday night from 7:15PM and join Adriana Mihajlovic (modern folk songstress extraordinaire) for a live performance inside the historic Bicheno Community Church. And if we fill up the church, the music will be broadcast outside too. Don’t miss this very special Bicheno experience 💫

Lighting up the East Coast ✨

One of our favourite winter events is back.

Bicheno Beams transforms Bicheno into a colourful celebration of light, storytelling and community, bringing locals and visitors together on Tasmania's beautiful East Coast.

Running every evening until 25 July, it's a wonderful excuse to rug up, head outside and experience Bicheno in a whole new light.

If you're exploring the East Coast this - it's well worth adding to your list.
