The Colliefields Coffee Shoppe/Tea House is also open for your enjoyment from 8am daily to 2ish. With our fabulous All-DAY Menu, generously portioned meals and snacks and scrumptious cakes made right here, gourmet coffee and 30 different types of leaf tea served in a glass teapot on a burner, we have something for everyone in a fabulous relaxed atmosphere. Where else can you get an indulgent Espre

sso Martini for breakfast or our famous Bennie Ciabatta or Collie Big Brekkie for lunch or dinner? We have lots of Gluten Free, Vegetarian and Vegan Options available and all our cakes and slices are made on the premises and full of flavour. With 14 rooms available in our Accommodation, from our basic Budget Rooms through to our lovely Ensuite Rooms, all have our lovely rainfall showers. It’s a sad day for The Colliefields, as it goes up for sale decided solely by the owner, Gary Gannaway.
We regret to inform that all reservations for the cafe/restaurant will be cancelled from today.
Luckily enough we are very spoilt for choice in collie with some of the other amazing places in collie to eat & drink such as
The VIC
Crown Hotel Collie

The Ridge Restaurant
Barn-Zee’s Burgers & Barista
Plus loads more..
The accomodation will remain at this stage.
We are going to miss all our beautiful customers we’ve had the opportunity to serve and get to know over the many years.

Due to operational challenges related to staffing and maintenance, the colliefields will be shut down until further notice. Sorry for any trouble this might cause our customers.

Unfortunately due to staffing The Colliefields will be not be open for evening service for the remaining of the week. We will still be open 7:30 - 2:30pm daily.
Staff and management apologise for any inconvenience.

The successful applicant must have the ability to work within a small but strong young team in the preparation and serving of amazing breakfast, lunch & dinner dishes.

must be reliable, possess an eagerness to learn and have a friendly demeanor. Experience is not necessary; all you need is a get up and go attitude with a willingness to work in a fast paced environment!!
