Pod Bed Coogee Beachside is a family operated budget travel accommodation provider located in the vibrant eastern suburbs of Sydney, Coogee and 200 meters from the beach. With comfortable private and co-living rooms, TV/Entertainment area, communal kitchen, communal toilet/shower facility, BBQ area, large backyard and a cozy front yard seating area. Pod Bed Coogee Beachside is the perfect base for travelers who want to take advantage of the unforgettable experiences Coogee and Sydney Eastern suburbs have on offer.

We’re seeking a part time/casual hospitality all-rounder willing to perform housekeeping, cleaning and laundry.
We are offering 20-25 hr per week with the possibility to extend the hours with time. Living on side can be part of the remuneration package.
You’ll be responsible for carrying out safe and efficient housekeeping, cleaning and laundry services with a focus on the needs and wellbeing of our guests. You will be required to maintain high hygienic standards throughout the entire facility, including communal living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets. You will need to be energetic and physically fit to take on this role! Previous housekeeping/hotel cleaning experience preferred but not essential
Successful candidates will possess and or demonstrate:
· A passion for all aspects of cleaning
· Extremely high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.
· Excellent housekeeping and laundry skills
· A keen eye for detail
· Time management and organization skills
· Be self-motivated and be able to work unsupervised

Your responsibilities in this role will be:
Cleaning of all common accommodation areas including rooms, corridors, TV/Entertainment room, kitchen, bathrooms, toilets, front and back yard
Full laundry service (washing, drying and folding)
Housekeeping duties such as bed linen changes and room cleaning
Ensure guest bathroom and kitchen supplies are maintained
Handle cleaning equipment with care
Report all lost property to office manager
Reporting any maintenance issues to office manager
Use and safe storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals
