We loved welcoming the lovely ladies from .bookclub to The Point Coolum for their recent Reading Retreat.

Think slow mornings sipping coffee on the balcony, afternoons soaking up the sunshine, coastal walks and evenings filled with good food, great company and plenty of book chats. ☀️

The migration season continues through to November every year so make sure you have your eyes on the horizon for a chance to catch these majestic giants! 🐋

Looking for a kid-friendly school holiday adventure near our hotel?

Add Emu Mountain to your list! 🥾

This short but rewarding hike is perfect for little legs, with beautiful coastal views waiting at the top.

The walk is approximately 1.4 km return and takes around 1 hour, depending on how many snacks the kids eat along the way!

You might even spot a whale from the summit! 🐋
