This lovely new pavilion style house is a three bedroom, 2-bathroom open living style Queenslander built for the tropics surrounding a tropical rock style pool with spa. Cooya beach House is a perfect family getaway. We promote kid friendly accommodation and have all the necessities for children i.e. cot, high chair etc. There is a double space open garage, long breeze way and two separate pavilions. The main living area has sliding doors that open onto the front garden and to the rear leading out to the pool. The open plan kitchen features an island style bench and breakfast bar. The Patio contains bbq area and entertaining area overlooking the pool. The second pavilion contains guest bathroom, rumpus room, 2 bedrooms and laundry. At the end of the breezeway is the main bedroom with open style bathroom and bath. Cooya Beach House can sleep up to 6 comfortably and can accommodate another 2 and fold out beds available upon request. There is aircon units in all bedrooms. Netflix is available as is Wi-Fi
Given the enviable climate, we assume our guests will prefer to dine outdoors and enjoy the warmth, although there is a large mango wood dining table inside
