ral boom in the mid to late 19th century. The two distinctive conical towers were added around the turn of the twentieth century by a later owner. Coragulac House contains 26 rooms spread across more than 100 squares. Designed by influential architects of the era, Davidson & Cameron the residence forms a horseshoe, with a central courtyard. Coragulac House is nestled at the foot of the extinct volcano "Red Rock" and provides marvelous views across Lake Colac.

Coragulac House is on the market for only the second time in 80 years
We are selling Coragulac House, its time to hand over the keys to the next custodian.
We are a little saddened, but it is time for us to do some travel and take life a little slower, time to smell the roses!
We have been privileged to have the opportunity to live in such an amazing and magnificent property with so much history for the last 13 years.
We would like to thank all of you who have supported us over the years following our journey, we appreciate your support and visitation.

Your group will be greeted on arrival and given a short history on the Homestead accompanied by a guided speaking Tour followed by your choice of catering options, tours with catering usually take between 2 1/2 - 3 hours, Coragulac House is an Historical Homestead built in 1872 nestled at the foot of Red Rock Scenic Lookout in Coragulac Victoria. (north west of Colac)
