Have your say on the redevelopment of Ningaloo Reef Resort.

The Shire of Carnarvon has commenced public consultation on RAC’s proposed redevelopment of the Ningaloo Reef Resort. The redevelopment involves the demolition of the current resort, and a minor expansion to the overall property footprint, to make way for 90 new holiday units, along with a new pool and sunlounge area, restaurant, bar and alfresco dining, and function spaces. To view the development proposal, and make a submission during the notice period, visit the link below. Submissions close 7 November 2023. Subject to approvals, works are planned to begin in early 2024 and are expected to take around 24 months to complete.

Our Parks & Resorts are here to help you relax your way on your holiday, and that starts and ends with a safe journey 💛
