(This is NOT a serviced apartment therefore exhausted supplies beyond a 2 night stay are not replenished)

4 COMPLIMENTARY FAMILY KAYAKS are for your private use supplied with Life jackets, of varying sizes. There is 1 x Adult Kayak and 2 x small adult/Child kayaks (up to 60kg), which can be easily launched down a ramp 20 meters left of the property on calm water days. SLEEPING CONFIGURATION:
Master Bedroom - has a Queen bed with topper for extra comfort and its own en-suite bathroom and air-conditioning. Second Bedroom - has a double bed on the bottom with a single bunk bed over the top (only suitable for children)

Second bathroom- is located conveniently opposite the second bedroom with bath and shower. It also has a washing machine and dryer concealed in cabinetry. CAR PARKING
Undercover carport – is conveniently located immediately outside the front door for easy access, loading and unloading. Boat parking is available opposite the property on-street (extra wide). Please note there is a refundable SECURITY DEPOSIT (Bond) for this apartment of $500. This is standard when booking a holiday home and helps ensure Guests treat the property as they would their own home. If no damage or loss has occurred during your stay the full amount of your deposit will be refunded. THIS IS A TRUE WATERFRONT PROPERTY BUT ONLY BEACHFRONT at LOW TIDE (Full beach is 150m further along)
