THANK YOU, COUTT'S & COMMUNITY....

As you all know yesterday was our first day of trading 7 days per week & we are so humbled by the support we received from you all.

Chef Logan was welcomed & put straight to work with one of our busiest ever days & you locals loved the specials and even more so Logan's cooking and presentation of meals...

So funny story, our first ever customer just happened to be a father & daughter duo out for a bite & it just so happens that Sharon is the publican of The Victory Hotel in Mooball. It was an absolute delight to meet them, I will add they were blown away with our Steak Sandwick & they told us they will be back with hubby so please support their hotel if you're out n about and don't forget to tell them you're from Coutts... thanks guys it was a pleasure meeting you both.

Okay so today is Tuesday n lucky for us Logan came back so we are ready to tackle another day n please don't forget we are ready for dinner service NOW at 5.30 pm so we can have the kids fed & ready for bed at their usual time...

COUTTS THE WAIT IS OVER....

Tomorrow is Monday 22nd June & our Bistro is now "OPEN" 7 days for both Lunch & Dinner, we have a great new Chef joining our team so we all hope you make "LOGAN" feel warm n welcomed.

So please share this post & we hope you get your friends n family together to come on down & enjoy some really good lunch n dinner specials.

Finally we have decided to change dinner service times so from tomorrow we will be ready to go from 5.30 pm, this way we can have the kids fed early enough so you can have them home n bathed n ready for bed at your usual bedtimes.... oh n I can tell you one of our specials is only $15 for customers who dine in so it's great value for all..

We look forward to seeing you all and allowing our family to take care of yours👍👍

Well you all loved our last post & the engagement was "INSANE" so thank you all.

OUR FIRST NEW BURGER IS LAUNCHING FRIDAY aka Tomorrow...

Staff have decided to name it after me 🤪🤪well it is my creation along with a little bit and only a little bit of help from Zoe 😆😆

It's the "MAC ATTACK" Halloumi & Portobello Mushroom Burger..

This burger will please all our customers, it will please our vegetarians, vegan friendly & as from next week our customers who can only tolerate gluten free products, so without delay this is what it consists of.... It comes with grilled halloumi & garlic n herb roasted mushrooms with crisp fancy lettuce, sliced tomatoes with zesty red onions, I can also add both sauces are homemade and the first is a citrus ailoi & Mac's own secret sauce & all I can say will add a little spice to your taste buds...

Finally we just can't wait to show off our new menu & I know it will certainly put a smile on your dials so please hang in there while we finalise everything and again thank you to all of loyal patrons for always being there for us and I can promise you that my family loves looking after "YOUR FAMILY" 💙🩷💙🩷

With that said we are SUPER excited to let you all know that from Monday 22nd June 2026 our "BISTRO" will be open 7 days per week including both lunch & dinner.... 🎉🎉🎉

So please keep posted & PLEASE share our post with all your friends & family, we are bringing in great "Specials" for Mon n Tues and on top of that our insane lunch specials will now operate Mon thru Fri...

Lastly, our awesome team has gotten together to bring you some value-added extras, so from this Friday we will be offering "Cake n Coffee" for only $10 which will be available every day from open to close in both Bar & Bistro & not too far away our new & exciting "Charcuterie Board for 2" will be available for all to enjoy...

As you know our family loves looking after yours, but we want you all to know how appreciative we are with your loyal support & Coutts Tavern wouldn't be the same without you all 😍😍😍

The bistro will be opened for those who would like a meal.
