Villa Blanca is a bright and stylish 3 bedroom home located in Cowes, Phillip Island. Located at the end of a quiet Cul De Sac and an 800m2 easy walk to the beach, the house is perfect for families. Fully fenced and situated on a flat 650m2 block, the lawn is ideal for kids to enjoy while parents kick back ad relax on the expansive fully covered deck. Child

ren will love the Vuly trampoline, the soccer goal, lawn games such as bocce, skittles, racket ball and cricket! Don't forget to pack their bikes and scooters as the street is quiet and flat and ideal for kids to ride their bikes like its 1992! In case of a rainy day, the house has plenty of options to keep the kids entertained, with a craft kit, card and board games, books, Netflix, Stan, Fetch TV and Move Box & even a Karaoke Mic! For the grown ups we have a comfy corner lounge, with an electric fireplace, full access to Fetch TV channels, Netflix & Stan, pillow top matresses, a complete kitchen including brand new Neff oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and all utensils, cheeseboards, platters, wine glasses etc, washer & dryer. Most pets will be permitted, please just send us a message with details of your pet before booking for us to approve.
