**Front Office Receptionist **
Kaloha Holiday Resort is seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Receptionist to join our team working 3–4 days per week.
**About the Role**
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience from arrival to departure.
**What We're Looking For**
* Previous experience in the holiday park, tourism, or accommodation industry is preferred.
* Experience with reservation systems is highly regarded, particularly RMS.
* Strong customer service skills and excellent communication abilities.
* A professional presentation and a positive, friendly attitude.
* The ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage guest enquiries confidently.
