PHILLIP ISLAND HOLIDAY HOUSE IN COWES - IDEAL FOR SMALL OR LARGE GROUPS
This home is located in the heart of Cowes and only a 15 minute walk to the beach and Cowes main street with all its shops, coffee shops and restaurants.
It consists of a large spacious living room upstairs with open plan living, dining and kitchen. It has a large balcony/decking. This house is uniquely built and has 3 levels. There is a large flat screen TV, DVD player and Foxtel, a split system heating and cooling unit and comfortable sofas, and a dining setting for 8. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with GAS cooking, and a microwave.
There is an outdoor decking upstairs. Downstairs has a Pool Table, Air hokey table and Foosball. There is also a BBQ outside and you will find a large double carport with a concrete drive-way all the way to the street which allows parking for an additional 3-4 vehicles or a boat.
This is a very well presented and clean home perfect for your next family holiday, weekend away or any other event. If you book once, you will keep coming back, so book early to avoid disappointment.

PRICING:
The pricing is only a guide and may vary depending on the season, public holidays, school holidays and total number of people. Prices listed are based on 10 guests only. The property manager will notify exact costs for guests above 10 when responding to your enquiries or booking requests.
LINEN & TOWEL HIRE
If required is payable 2 weeks prior to check in and needs to be paid direct to the property owners. This amount is not payable through stayz.
BOND
A $800 security bond is payable 2 weeks prior to check in and will need to be paid direct to the property owners. This amount is not payable through stayz.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
All credit card payments incur and additional 10 fee of the total tariff. This will be added to the total tariff.

Please note that these prices do not apply to schoolies bookings and will need to contact the owner for any queries.
ONE NIGHT BOOKINGS:
