Cradle Mountain Wilderness Village (CMWV Resort) is seeking a Guest Services/Reception champion. The role of a team member primarily involves working in the front-facing aspect of the business, receiving guests, answering telephone inquiries, booking and coordinating accommodation requirements, account reconciliation for arriving and departing guests, general queries on the property and the local activities, restaurant, and lounge service on a daily basis and will suit applicants who can demonstrate the highest standards of attention to detail, quality and productivity whilst working in an outdoor environment. You will need the capacity to work autonomously and under pressure, multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues as required. Office hours are 8:30 am until 6:30 pm. You are the welcoming face to the Wilderness! Must be willing to live on-site due to the distance of CMWV Resort to local communities.

We have received many applications for staff at our CMWV Resort in beautiful Cradle Mountain. We have identified a number of opportunites and thank everyone who has applied. CV's will be retained should additional opportunities arise in the next month for reception, rooms division, overnight Duty Manager and limited F&B service.
