Our Story

Historical Nallan Station is a 248,000 acre working cattle station. Located only 12kms North of Cue along the Miners Pathway on the Great Northern Highway. Nallan is also conveniently situated exactly halfway between Perth and the beautiful Karijini National Park. There are many opportunities to relax or explore. Visitors can experience the natural surroundings by birdwatching, exploring the geographical wonders or just soaking up the vast uninterrupted vista of the night sky. Visitors may also visit historical sites such as Local Aboriginal Art or Milly’s Soak. Nallan Lake is a nature reserve and a haven for a huge array of plant and bird life, including Black Swans and many other inland water birds. During periods of heavy Winter Rain, Lake Nallan transforms into a much favoured picnic location, surrounded by carpets of colourful wildflowers and everlastings. Truly a beautiful sight! Ready for this seasons guests will be a newly renovated Camp Kitchen, upgraded bathroom facilities, along with a big make-over on the Shearers Quarters.. there will be lush green lawned camp sites, and a BBQ Fire Pit. Come and meet your friendly hosts, Cath and Dave and Family.
