Today we bid a fond farewell to Jo from our admin team.

Jo started at the park in October and in that time has become not just an integral part of the team but also a valued member of the park community.

A bittersweet day, as we are excited to see what she does next 🤩 but also sad to see her leave 🥹.

As they say thought; when one door closes, another one opens. Jo’s departure sees us welcome Eva to the admin team. 💖

Happy birthday to the one and only, Denis 🥳

Whether it’s his quad bike or the sound of his laugh that can be heard from his front deck to the office, he’s never far away.

If you’ve had the pleasure of meeting Denis, having a drink with him or hearing one of his many stories than you will know how passionate he is about fishing, local wine, history, agriculture and everything in between. Always open to learning and always up for a discussion or debate, he really is the heart of the park.

Annual traditions have a weird & wonderful way of become park traditions after a certain amount of years.

The names on a booking form become a face you remember,
little kids become big kids,
and even though we are not technically part of your tradition,
you become a part of ours.

The Millewa Pioneer Park are firing up for Weekend number 2 for National Heritage Month.
Anzac Biscuits and your choice of tea or coffee available.
The very knowledgeable tour guides will once again be offering guided tours of the new Trail of the Park. The guides are full of interesting facts and know a lot of the area’s history.
