Our main entrance road from the highway to the Bore Campsite is open to all vehicles.

Please drive carefully and stick to the tracks.

Middle Road remains closed. This road connects the Bore Campsite to the Shearer’s Campsite and Accommodation, as well as Jack’s Hut, the Woolshed, and the Private Bathing Hut.

Our main entrance road from the highway to the Bore Campsite is restricted to 4WD only.

Please drive carefully, sticking to the tracks to avoid the risk of getting bogged.

Middle Road remains closed. This road connects the Bore Campsite to the Shearer’s Campsite and Accommodation, as well as Jack’s Hut, the Woolshed, and the Private Bathing Hut.

Happy International Dog Day! 🐾

At Charlotte Plains, your four-legged travel companion is welcome to join the Outback adventure.

A few things to know before you visit:

🐶 Dogs must be kept on a leash in common areas.
🛁 Dogs are not permitted in the baths or the main bore, but they’re welcome to splash further downstream.
🐑 As Charlotte Plains is a working station, dogs must not chase livestock or wildlife.
🏡 Staying in accommodation? Ask us about our two designated pet-friendly rooms.

Please clean up after your pet and read our full dog-friendly guidelines before your stay.

Due to significant rainfall forecast overnight and tomorrow, Middle Road is now closed.

This road connects the Bore Campsite to the Shearer's Campsite and Accommodation, as well as Jack's Hut, the Woolshed, and the Private Bathing Hut.

🚧 For your safety, do not attempt to travel on this road until it has reopened.

Our main entrance from the highway to/from the Bore Campsite is currently open. Please drive carefully and ensure you stick to the tracks to avoid getting bogged.
