Under three hours drive
from Sydney, it is secluded, with stunning walks, great swimming, surfing and snorkelling. Our house is a 1960s 3 BR cottage; sunny, bright and comfortable. An open plan kitchen/living area leads to
outside decks front and rear. The house is surrounded by native gardens, a playground for local birds. We are one block from the beach. Each bedroom has a double bed and there a
re lots of blankets and eiderdowns. In winter electric blankets and a
gas heater keep you cosy. The bathroom has a deep relaxing bath and one bedroom has a work bench under the
window so you can set up to paint or write or even work (if absolutely necessary). Bring your own linen: top and bottom sheets, pillow cases and towels. We provide bathroom mats, tea towels,
a few toilet rolls. Please bring personal consumables like soap and shampoo. We have a great range of herbs and
spices in the kitchen you are welcome to use. Shop in Nowra, Culburra or Callala on the way in. Nowra, the Grower’s Market and Fish Shop are excellent. In
Currarong, Beach Safari does take-away, basic groceries and great wine. Rosie’s Fire Truck is pop-up pizza on
Fishery Road, there’s a bowling club bistro, and Alma’s in Lamond St does beautiful food & coffee on weekends. There are tennis courts, a bowling club, a boat ramp. You can hire kayaks and SUPs from the local caravan park.
