Nestled between the rolling hills of the Huon valley you will find Eden Farm on the outskirts of Cygnet. Our 40 acre farm is a comfortable country hideaway for families, couples or small groups - your accommodation is a renovated Barn from c.1935 which has been lovingly restored to luxury accommodation for up to 9 guests plus room for additional cots. The farm, originally used for only the apple p

Eden Farm offers guests the chance to get up close and personal with the animals on our daily feeding tours in the late afternoons. At Eden Farm we make our own raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar and small batches of artisan cider. Guests will spot many native animals while strolling over the farm and might even glimpse our resident platypus in one of our dams. The farm is all about relaxing, getting back to nature and reconnecting with your family. Wake up to the fresh country air of Tasmania, it's country living at its best. Happy Father’s Day from our super dad, Thor 🐂 and Matt ❤️

Wishing all the dads out there a very happy Father’s Day —

May your day be filled with love, good food and absolutely no one asking you to fix anything.

A little glimpse of life at The Barn 🤎

Cosy spaces, country air, curious little ones and Highlanders waiting by the fence.

Come for the stay… leave with memories. 🐮🌿

Somewhere between sunshine and storm…

This is country life. 🌿⛈️
One minute the sun is lighting up the paddocks, the next the clouds roll in.

Well… this is dangerous. 😂

We’re moving into The Barn this weekend while we get ready for a movie night.

Fire is on.
W**e is poured.
Nibbles are out.

And I’m starting to wonder if moving back to the farmhouse is really necessary… 🤔😂

I might just accidentally become a permanent Barn resident. 🥂🔥

Basil has officially joined the girls! 🐐🤎

Our miniature mini buck has settled in beautifully and, most importantly, he and the girls have successfully bonded.
So, if all goes to plan, come January we should have some very cute little goat babies running around the farm — and we’re already looking forward to meeting them! 🥰

For now, though, here’s a little look at our gorgeous goat gang…

Tell me I’m not the only one who sees a reindeer hiding in this tree… 🦌🌿

We’re away from the farm for the weekend, enjoying a little escape to the lakes of Tasmania. On our walk today, I spotted this incredible old tree — and once I saw that reindeer head and those twisted antlers, I couldn’t unsee it!

Nature has a funny way of creating little surprises if you slow down and look closely. 🤎

Can you see him too?
