A hub for many, providing care in myriad ways,
A testament to the spirit that brightens all our days.
The Western Downs, our canvas, vast and wild and free,
With rivers, creeks, and landscapes as far as eyes can see.
Our Mayor speaks of beauty, of nature's grand array,
A paradise unspoiled, where children laugh and play.
The Homestead, not just a motel but a gateway to explore.
To discover hidden gems, and maybe, just maybe, something more.
It's here we find connection, a community that's strong,
In Dalby, we're not just guests; here, we all belong.
Recently we gathered, the Homestead's merry crew,
A Christmas celebration, a joyful rendezvous.
Mary, our dear leader, with a heart both kind and bright,
Brought us all together, on that festive night.
We shared our stories, laughter ringing true and clear,
Celebrating the work we love, with those we hold dear.
A time of joy and unity, a moment so sublime,
In the heart of Dalby Homestead, where we've shared such precious time.
