We’re a small, family-run country pub, and every meal, every drink, and every friendly face through the door means the world to us.
As many of you know, we’ve been completely transparent with our community. The hotel is still on the market, so we honestly don’t know how long this chapter will last. That’s exactly why we’re going to enjoy every moment of it.
So come in, say hello, make some memories, share a laugh, and help us make this second chance something truly special.

The love and support we’ve received since announcing the reopening of the Elephant Bridge Hotel has been truly overwhelming. Every like, comment, share, message and kind word has reminded us just how much this old country pub means to so many people.

It makes us believe we’ve made the right decision to open the doors again, even if it’s only for the time being.

We can’t wait to pour a cold beer, serve good honest country pub food, and welcome back the people who make this place what it is—our locals, our community, and our travelling mates.

This beautiful old pub has always been about bringing people together, and we’re incredibly grateful for the chance to do that once again.

Thank you for believing in us and for helping keep the heart of the Bridge alive.

THE ELEPHANT BRIDGE HOTEL IS REOPENING! 🍻

After many conversations, negotiations with the building owner, and an overwhelming amount of support and encouragement from the community, we have made the decision to return to the historic Elephant Bridge Hotel.

To be completely honest, we don’t know how long Round Two will last. The future of the building remains uncertain, but what we do know is that we have been given another opportunity to open the doors, and we couldn’t ignore the public demand to see the pub come back to life.

For the time being, things will be a little different. We will be operating with a slightly limited menu while we find our feet again, and we’ll be combining the best of both worlds by utilising The Longhorn Wagon alongside the hotel from time to time.

🍽️ The Pub Kitchen will be open:

Thursday: Lunch & Dinner
Friday: Lunch & Dinner
Saturday: Lunch & Dinner
Sunday: Lunch

Opening Hours
🕒 Thursday: 11am– 9pm
🕒 Friday: 11am – Late
🕒 Saturday: 11am – Late
🕒 Sunday: 11am – 4pm

We would like to sincerely thank everyone who has supported us throughout this journey. The messages, phone calls, visits, and encouragement have played a huge part in this decision. Country pubs are the heart of small communities, and we’re excited to see the lights back on and the doors open once again.

We look forward to welcoming old friends, new faces, and everyone in between back to the Bridge.
