A few little things that can help make your stay smoother — and avoid surprises along the way.

💳 Check your rate & hotel conditions

Before confirming your booking, take a moment to check your rate conditions and hotel policies. Flexible and non-refundable rates can have different cancellation and payment terms, and some hotels may also require a security bond or have additional charges during your stay.

🪪 Have your ID and card ready

To make check-in nice and easy, have your photo ID and the credit or debit card required for your booking ready when you arrive.

✈️ Arriving after midnight?

If your flight lands at 1:00am, remember that hotel nights run by calendar date. If you want to check in as soon as you arrive, you will generally need to book the night before.

For example, arriving at 1:00am on Friday means booking Thursday night.
