Combining warm hospitality and luxurious accommodation, Dayboro Cottages and Llama Walks is situated 3.5 km along Mt Mee Road from the Dayboro township, and is approximately 45 minutes from the Brisbane CBD.

We're absolutely loving watching Dayboro get dressed up for the month June with the incredible yarn art everywhere! A great reason to come and take a wander through town for the day, or better yet, make a weekend of it!

What a way to farewell last night's torrential rain! I never get tired of the view from here, and we often get amazing rainbows after a storm, but this rainbow valley is a first for me!

I love the views on a sunny autumn day, but there something to be said for watching the rain roll in and listening to it fall on the roof, especially after such a dry summer.

I sincerely hope it's heading further inland where it's so desperately needed also 🤞

We are not one for long posts (or posts in general, if we're being honest!) but we are so proud to have been recognised for the 3rd year in a row as a Best of Queensland Experience, and honestly, we don't stop to celebrate this enough! It has been a long road since we took over the cottages, with so many more projects and plans still to achieve, but this is such a great reminder that it is important to stop and reflect on how far we have come.

To all our fabulous guests over the years, thank you for staying with us. It really has been wonderful to meet so many amazing people. Stopping for a chat to hear your stories, and introducing you to our property and family (the human and the furry ones) is what keeps us going every day.

For those of you who are yet to come and stay - we hope to welcome you and share our amazing corner of the world that is the Moreton Bay region with you one day soon 💕
