Built in the ’90s from handmade mud bricks and old jarrah, with warm cork floors, simple tiles and plenty of earthy charm. Nothing too polished — just honest materials, cosy corners and a home that feels like it’s always belonged here.

Our much-loved Cowrie Cottage is a favourite with so many guests.

Think toasty fires, beautiful timber accents, natural tones and quality finishes, all nestled amongst peaceful native bushland with lovely views across the dam.

By day, explore the many nearby bike and hiking trails, take a refreshing dip in crystal-clear waters and discover the wonderful local produce of the Denmark region. 🍇🧀🌊

Then, as the day winds down, return to the cosy comfort of Cowrie Cottage. Light the fire, relax with a DVD, challenge the family to a board game or puzzle, and simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Due to a few cancellations, we now have limited availability during the spring school holidays.

Cowrie Cottage sleeps up to 6 guests — perfect for a family getaway or a relaxing escape with friends.
