ty and creating a cosy atmosphere all year round. The 2 bedrooms each have a double bed made up with luxurious linen, extra-warm down doonas and electric blankets to keep you snug and warm. Unwind on the comfortable lounges and be entertained by the digital Sony LCD TV, DVD/Blu-ray player and sound system. The fully equipped modern kitchen is complete with a stocked pantry, gas cook-top, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, stove-top coffee maker, pots/pans, cutlery and crockery. As you soak up the sea views from the large windows from the main bedroom or dining area, it is not uncommon to see dolphins and seals swimming about. Also keep a lookout for other common wildlife in the area, such as quolls, wallabies, echidnas and sea eagles. RED GATE IS PERFECT FOR:

Wanted, Cleaner for Red Gate Cottage

Wanted a cleaner for a small two bedroom cottage in Dennes Point. There are two queen beds, a small lounge, kitchen and bathroom. The cleaning would need to be done between 10am and 2pm. Please feel free to give me a call if you have any questions cheers Richard 0423 864 309.

Cleaning would include;
• Strip beds and put linen on to wash.
• Hang washing to dry or use a dryer in the cottage.
• Clean shower and toilet.
• Clean fridge, stove and benches.
• Dust and vacuum.
• Clean fire place if used and re-set fire.
• Clean BBQ if used.
• Re – make beds
• Check water and wood supplies and let me know if low.

The cleaning often takes 2-3 hours and I am happy to pay $30 per hour so normally it would be around $90 per clean.

I would like a cleaner to be able to start in March and dates available for cleaning so far are;
